Clean As A Summer Breeze!

Summertime is here and the warm weather is upon us. As children venture outdoors to shake off the winter blues, they sometimes drop refuse which gets blown onto our lawns.
Although we have a lawn maintenance company, you can help keep Lakewood Three looking its best between servicing by picking up any litter you see in front of your property. Let's show our neighbors and friends in Richton Park that we have pride-of-ownership!

You've asked and we've listened! Lakewood Three Board of Directors has selected a brand new janitorial service. Our new service providers will begin cleaning common areas this month.

Gathering and grilling!!! For most, it's a time for food, family, and fun. Many families will gather together around the grill and enjoy the weather and a hearty laugh. Others will enjoy a lazy day at the beach or on the patio.
Regardless of how you choose to celebrate the 4th of July, may you enjoy a safe and happy holiday!

RECYCLABLES
Our waste management company does not accommodate recycling. Therefore, we are not able to participate in the local recycling program. Please discard your recyclable materials with you regular refuse and place them inside the dumpsters in the rear of the building.
